Regulations: ISO 14726-1 (1999) details the marking of piping systems in accordance with the content and/or function onboard ships and marine structures. ISO 14726-2 (2002) details specific additional colors to be used in conjunction with the main colors given in ISO 14726-1.
The pipe chart (click the chart link below) shows all the current permutations of identification colors. Tapes should be fitted on either side of valves and bulkhead penetrations.
